Who we are
ALP Collective Ltd (company number 17374001, registered in England and Wales) is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. Contact us at hello@alpcollective.uk.
What we collect
- Class bookings: your name, email, mobile (if given), the classes you choose, a friend’s name if you bring one, any notes you add for the coach, and whether you want our news.
- Shop orders: your name, email, mobile (if given), the item and where you’ll collect it.
- Community email list: your email and, if you give them, your first and last name, when you join on our Journal, Perks, PASS or Train with ALP pages. We remember on your device that you’ve joined, so the Journal and partner codes stay unlocked.
- Waitlists and enquiries: your name, email, interests and anything you choose to tell us.
- Payments: you pay through Monzo. We never see your card details; Monzo tells us the payer’s name, the amount and any reference.
- Site use: Google Analytics records which pages are visited and basic device information. You can turn this off; see Cookies and analytics below.
Health information
If you mention an injury or health condition in a booking note, we ask for your agreement first. We use it only so the coach can keep you safe, and share it only with the coach. You don’t have to give it in writing; you can tell the coach in person instead. You can ask us to delete it at any time.
How we use it
- To arrange and confirm your classes, orders and collections, and to contact you about them.
- To keep the classes safe and well run.
- To send you ALP Collective news, only if you asked for it. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To keep records we need for accounting and tax.
Who we share it with
- MoveWithMonty, who coaches the classes. We email Monty your booking (including any note you agreed to share) so he knows who’s coming, and your place is added to his class booking system (Mindbody).
- Dante Orozco, for ALP.ha SHOP orders of his work, so he can arrange collection and signing.
- Service providers who host this website and handle email (Hostinger), payments (Monzo) and analytics (Google).
- MailerLite, which stores our community email list and sends our news. If you join, MailerLite emails you once to confirm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
We don’t sell your information.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics cookies (names starting _ga) only to count visits and see which pages are useful, so we can improve the site. We’ve switched off Google’s advertising features, and we don’t use the data for anything else.
You can turn analytics off for this browser at any time. Your choice is remembered for a year, and the site works the same either way.
How long we keep it
Booking, order and payment records are kept for up to six years, for accounting and tax. Notes about injuries or health are deleted once your trial classes are done. Waitlist details are kept until you ask to be removed, or until our first home opens and we’ve told you about it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, or to stop using it for news. Email hello@alpcollective.uk. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
