Our story

Welcome home.

Purpose

Make room for joy.

The reason ALP Collective exists — the feeling every part of the space is designed around.

Promise

Welcome home.

What every member can expect, every time they walk through the door.

Vision

Where we're heading

To become London's most loved LGBTQ+ -inspired wellness collective — growing from a single home in Shoreditch into a network of spaces where people move, thrive, and belong, together.

Mission

How we get there

To bring together exceptional wellness, beauty, and community experiences under one roof — delivered through genuine partnership with independent practitioners, and grounded in inclusivity and the highest standards.

Our story

Why ALP?

ALP began with a simple question: why do we travel across London to visit a gym, a barber, and an aesthetics clinic — and meet friends — when these experiences naturally belong together? We built ALP to bring independent businesses and like-minded people together in one space. Everyone benefits.

Why I built ALP

This started with me, too.

Before ALP Collective was a business, it was personal. Training with Monty over the past year taught me firsthand what real coaching, consistency, and community can do for how you feel — not just how you look. That experience is a big part of why I wanted to build a space where other people could find it too.

— Anthony, Founder

“LGBTQ+ -inspired, open to all” isn't a slogan — it's how the room is built.

ALP Collective was founded on the belief that wellness spaces are better when they're genuinely welcoming. That means an LGBTQ+ -inspired identity at the core of the brand, and a door that's open to everyone who shares the values behind it.

Everyone belongs at ALP.

Angel, Old Street & Shoreditch

ALP Collective doesn't have a home yet — we're actively searching for our first venue across Angel, Old Street, and Shoreditch. Opening details will be shared with our waitlist first, the moment they're confirmed.

Natty, Chief Joy Officer

Natty isn't on the payroll, but he's very much part of ALP Collective — unofficial Chief Joy Officer, professional greeter, and a good reminder that wellness is better together.
